Card Controls

Introducing Card Controls 

Card controls allow you to enable or disable your card, report as lost or stolen, and more. Select a card to see card controls. Have questions on how to navigate this feature? Read on below:

Accessing Card Controls:

Card control options are accessed in your CONNECT menu. Once you click "Card Controls" you'll only see debit cards assigned to your tax ID.   

To activate your new debit card:

To activate your new debit card, click the card image in your app that matches and continue - or call (800) 717-4923.

To report your card as lost, stolen or damaged: 

Login to your Mobile Banking app. Click Card Controls. Then click Card Details next to the card you want to report - choose between the the following options: 

  • Lost 

  • Stolen 

  • Damaged 

  • Fraud 

You can even select “Order replacement” - then click Report Lost Card. 

To enroll in alerts and controls: 

Login to your Mobile Banking app. Click Card Controls. Then click Card Details next to the card you want to set alerts and controls for. Then opt to turn on “enroll in alerts and controls.”  

 

From here, you can select limits and/or alerts for Spending, Location and Transaction Types.

To setup a new travel notification: 

Notify us of your travel plan(s) so your card is ready to travel with you. Please allow 4 hours during normal business hours for your travel to be notated. Login to your Mobile Banking app. Click Card Controls. Then click Card Details and select the card(s) needed and enter the dates and type of travel.
