Q How do I access Online Banking?
A After your Auburn State Bank enrollment form has been approved, you will receive your password in the mail. Then simply click on the words Online Banking on any of our Web pages. When using Online Banking for the first time, you'll be asked to create a new user id and pin number.

Q How frequently is my Auburn State Bank information updated?
A Auburn State Bank updates all customer information each night prior to a new business day. Whether you access Online Banking or contact us directly, your account information is updated each evening prior to a new business day to reflect all account activity.

Q Can I look at all of my transactions at any time?
A Yes, with Online Banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Q After I have signed up online for electronic bill payment, how long does it take for me before I can begin paying bills online?
A Once you have completed the sign-up form at the Web site, you will receive approval by mail. Once you agree to the terms Online you may begin setting up and paying bills immediately.

Q How does bill payment work?
A To help you understand the process, we have provided a diagram.

Q After I make a bill payment, how long does it take for the money to be debited from my account?
A The money will be debited electronically from your account the same  business day the payment is processed.

Q How long does it take for a payment to reach the payee?
A The business day the payment is processed, a paper check is generated and mailed the same day. Due to varying time frames for mail service, it is advisable to allow up to 10 days from the processing date to the date the payment is due to the payee.

Q How do I actually use the Electronic Bill Payment System?
